Dr. Davis of the Louisiana Sea Grant Program, an expert on the diverse coastal communities in the Louisiana wetlands, will present the topic: “In Louisiana’s Coastal Zone, the ‘Folks’ are the same as the ‘People.’”
The talk will be held at Hill Memorial Library in association with the traveling exhibition “I Remember: An Art Show of Environmental Significance,” a project of the Coastal Wetlands Planning, Protection and Restoration Act (CWPPRA) Task Force and LSU Libraries T. Harry Williams Center for Oral History.
