Upcoming Brand Names and Trademarks Presentation

Attendees will learn about the application process and how to navigate the USPTO website and develop an effective trademark search strategy. Justin Ourso, trademark attorney at Jones Walker Law Firm will present to answer audience questions.

  • #TBT As the Tigers roar into the opening game of the 2014 football season, let’s look back at the season opener from one hundred years ago. LSU faced Southwestern Louisiana Industrial Institute (now University of Louisiana at Lafayette) on September 26, a game Coach E.T. McDonald (standing at left in the photograph) called “merely a practice game” against a much smaller team with less ability. LSU cruised to an easy 54-0 victory.
