Upcoming Brand Names and Trademarks Presentation

Does your business have a unique name, brand or logo that you would like to protect? Attendees will learn about the application process and how to navigate the USPTO website and develop an effective trademark search strategy. Justin Ourso, trademark attorney at Jones Walker Law Firm will present to answer audience questions.

    The LSU Student Technology Fee funds the purchase of mobile computing devices available for check-out at the Middleton Library Circulation Desk and in Patrick F. Taylor 1302. A student ID is required to check out these items. Any items not returned will be charged to your fee bill.
  • #TBT Students in mechanical engineering were taught to design and fabricate pieces for various types of machinery. These students, shown here in the machine shop in 1903, are using a bench grinder and lathes. At right is a drill press. All of the power tools were driven by a series of belts and pulleys from a central stationary engine located elsewhere in the machine shop.
